Difficult to find a quality shoe in a 13 but these are exactly what my son was after.They look beautiful and sturdy so absolutely perfect.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my item - my fault. I returned the item following the advice given and to my amazement, received a replacement only 2 days later! I know the Postal service can take a major share of the praise but Watermans were really on the ball and went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t without my order for very long. Customer service that all retailers should aspire to.
I put my order of Struthers trousers in the post 2 days ago expecting to have to wait at least a week or 2 for a replacement to arrive. IT ARRIVED THIS MORNING - 2 DAYS TURNAROUND! You guys are amazing; I wish all retailers were as good!
I bought this for a freind who is in constant pain and it helps reduce tbe pain.
Great summer hat and practical I wear it everywhere, including with my suit, but taken it in walks with dog and it's done fine. I don't waterproof but it went to no harm th times I have been caught out and about in the rain, though I'd probably still get a wax one for any heavy rain use outdoors
The store called to check my address and let me know when my hat would be dispatched it arrived the next day. They also sent me some helpful pictures when I couldn't figure out how to fold my hat. Nice dude really friendly which is what I like.
