Acceptance of an Order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existance when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of a order via our website does not constitute acceptance of a order.
All goods are subject to avilability.
In the event of non delivery of any goods we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to you (the customer).

Delivery

All orders are delivered at the cost stated when placing the order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales we are unable to guarantee circumstances beyond our control. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of order time.(Monday - Friday).
Charges are :-
Order Value up to £50 - £4.99
Order Value up to £100 - £3.99
Order value over £100 - FREE
We reserve the right to change our delivery charges at any time (but not once an order is placed).

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it (at your own cost) for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. 
Please obtain & retain a proof of posting when you return the goods. This is to protect you in the event that the goods are lost in transit.

Faults/Guarantees

All items purchased are covered by the relevant manufacturers guarantee policy.
In the unlikely event of the purchased goods developing a manufacturing fault, please contact us by phone or email to discuss replacement or refund (cost of agreed faulty returns will be refunded).
Warranties do not cover undue wear and tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Specifications, Colours & Sizes

Information and images provided on our site are correct to the best of our knowledge, but are intended as a guide only.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. 

Price Match

• The competitor's product must be identical to the product sold on www.watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk
• The competitors products must be new and unopened. Refurbished products are also not applicable
• The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price matching.
• The competitor’s price must still be lower after any additional shipping costs or VAT is added.
• The competitor's price excludes quantity or any membership / loyalty membership discounts.
• The competitor cannot be Amazon or eBay.
• We reserve the right to reject the price match at any time.

All you have to do is complete the form, giving us the details of the offer. Our team will then confirm it within the next 24 hours, if not sooner. Once approved we will email you a discount code to use.
