I haven’t used this company before but found it online. Ordered the item, however the wrong size was sent. I contacted the company (a little worried as hasn’t used them previously)…. There was no quibble, no issue - they apologised and immediately sorted the right item and sent for next day delivery. I will definitely use them again.

Warm, waterproof and robust. These seem like good value for money. Size is as expected. These are tighter around the ankle than most Chelsea style boots, good secure fit. Very happy.

I think their customer service is as good as any company I've previously purchased from, if not better. Definitely can't fault watermarks and I would recommend them above others.
