Effol Mouth Butter, supplemented with natural active ingredients such as allantoin and Peruvian balsam, is intended to aid in wound healing in the event of damage to the horse's mouth corners. This dermatologically certified care butter, available in apple or banana flavours, not only aids healing but also increases the horse's chewing activity with its fresh fruit taste. Effol Mouth Butter does more than only promote physical well-being; it also helps even the most sensitive horses accept the bit calmly, improving their overall comfort. The application of butter makes the horse happier and improves riding quality, allowing the bit to slip more readily into a comfortable position in the horse's mouth.

Simply massage copious amounts of Effol Mouth Butter into the horse's mouth corners before and after riding. When put on the bit, it stimulates the horse to accept the bit more readily, resulting in a more pleasurable riding experience.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

Returns

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01884257706  or info@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01884257706  or by email info@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk.
We will then advise you on the best course of action. 

In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund/Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

If you would like a returns label this can be arranged at a cost of £5.99. Please contact us by either email on sales@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk or phone on 01884257706 and we can arrange this for you.

The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
