Looks and feels like a good quality product. Much to early to comment on the longevity of the product. Ask me again in twenty years
I was astounded as to how quickly I received my order. The 10% discount was much appreciated and was the incentive that made me choose to order from Watermans rather than another retailer. The only snag was that the invoice enclosed with my order stated that the amount discounted was outstanding and due to be paid.I called Watermans and was assured that "the boss" could see that a discount had been applied to the order and they couldn't understand why the invoice showed an amount owing. I was assured that everything was ok, however, I would have preferred an amended invoice showing order paid in full.

Great, waterproof, walking shoe. Sturdy construction yet comfortable and, blister free from the start. This is the second pair purchased in this family, mainly as a result of the very satisfactory experience over the last 18 months with the first. I recommend this shoe.
