When ringing up to make an enquiry I found that they were very helpful and felt valued. You can register as a customer or as a guest I was happy to become a customer and if you subscribe to the newsletter there was 10% off first order. They dispatch the package real quick and at a fair P&P.
Soothing non greasy warming product as described lovely strong mint fragrance absorbs really well.
Ordered the item on line and within 2 days the item had arrived.
Diesel was a very nervous dog when we first had him but now on the food which he loves he takes most things in his stride.
Speedy delivery.
I think this is going to be really durable. It's a bit heavier than expected but I guess that is the trade off to make sure it is tough enough! Our dogs teeth do go into the rubber, but doesn't puncture because the ball isn't airtight, it let the air in and out through small hole and so keeps it's shape. Great ball, dog really likes to try and herd it. Just a touch heavy.
We purchased this unit to replace our old unit which has been used every day for the last 6 years and only needs to be replaced as one of the buttons on the front has become damaged. Very easy to programme and capable of lifting a metal coop door without any issues.
Fantastic service, Dealt with issue no problem.
