love the trousers, right size on bag ie 40,but 42 inside bag,because of postage costs,i have kept them and altered them myself.Better checks needed for the right articles in bags

Excellent customer service, spoke to a lovely gentleman about getting a specific present in time for my daughter’s birthday he explained that earliest would be the day after. Ordered online with no issues and the product arrived in time for her birthday. Very pleased with the service and price of the product.
The buying process was quick and seamless, and delivery was (thankfully) quicker than expected. It does what it's meant to do, and the spirit level was a great help especially with a fidgety youngster! The only downside is, it was damaged when it arrived, the stopper at the top broke off in transit. I can super glue it on again but maybe more protective wrapping is needed.
