Description

The Horizont Double Insulated Under Gate Connecting Feeder Cable is used for above-ground and underground electric fence feeders for connecting ground rods and for power routing at the gates. All types are double insulated and have a conductor made of galvanised iron wire, while the dielectric strength is about 20,000 volts and the coil has 50m of cable. To protect the underground cable, it is useful to lay them in a protective tube or pipe.

Installation: The gate in the pasture fence should always be constructed from the gate sets and an underground cable running parallel to it. So, even when the gate is open, the fence is electrified through the cable. When the gate is closed, the gate handle sets are electrified via the gate handle suspended in the gate handle insulator. The conductor material is hooked into an insulator that is not connected to the fence. This energises the gate when it is closed. A gate handle lying on the ground can then no longer generate any discharges or interference.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

Returns

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01884257706  or info@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01884257706  or by email info@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk.
We will then advise you on the best course of action. 

In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund/Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

If you would like a returns label this can be arranged at a cost of £5.99. Please contact us by either email on sales@watermanscountrysupplies.co.uk or phone on 01884257706 and we can arrange this for you.

The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
