It came up smaller than we thought as my husband has a large in a Baleno jacket, and we ordered large. So I contacted you about a return and exchange. DHL arrived this morning with the new fleece and took the original. All so quick and hassle free, you were so helpful on the phone when I rang, it was a pleasure all round.

Very good service
This lamp is great for the price great beam and does the job. However the red light filter is too small to fit the lamp properly and so therefore isnt secure and can sometimes fall off if nudged or while running.
The customer service was exceptional the size i ordered was a bit tight Martyn had the right size delivered 10am following day. Would definitely recommend shopping with Watermans.
