The actual bed is of nice quality and firm hut soft enough for my dog to lay on I had already purchased a different scruffs hed and although Im sure over time it would mould to my dog its quite firm and my dog rolls off so from that point this one is better. My one niggle is there is smell on the top of the bed it looks as though there may have been a bit of a spillage and it has resulted in a strong odour I have been leaving it out in the fresh air hopefully in time it will go
Great service from this company. My dog loves these toys however, the stuffing inside the head was like coir matting and I had to empty it in case my dog choked on it. He loves chewing the leather though

Very efficient
I had to follow up a couple of times as the international tracking didn't work that well. Expect delays at the moment. My delivery took 3weeks to reach me here in Australia. Other than the Hunter Wellington boots not being made in the UK, I appreciated the updates on the whereabouts of my purchase.
