I haven’t used this company before but found it online. Ordered the item, however the wrong size was sent. I contacted the company (a little worried as hasn’t used them previously)…. There was no quibble, no issue - they apologised and immediately sorted the right item and sent for next day delivery. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased the coat and found it was to large. Waterman's customer service could not have been more helpful and arranged the return and exchange. I think their customer service is as good as any company I've previously purchased from, if not better. Definitely can't fault watermarks and I would recommend them above others. The item purchased was exactly has described. I ordered the wrong size and had to return it for an exchange. The customer service was excellent and they couldn't have been more helpful.
