Request to cancel one item I’d ordered my mistake was quickly dealt with and refunded. The other item was swiftly despatched and was well packaged.

I haven’t used this company before but found it online. Ordered the item, however the wrong size was sent. I contacted the company (a little worried as hasn’t used them previously)…. There was no quibble, no issue - they apologised and immediately sorted the right item and sent for next day delivery. I will definitely use them again.
