Have previously baulked at the price of these but this store is offering them at a sensible price. Very full real horsehair switch. Needs to be gently combed or brushed after each use..a bit like a living horses tail..I usually use a small quantity of fly spray or baby oil to assist with this. Used about 12 times so far and no loss of hair and all fittings seem to be very well attached. Highly recommended article!
Order this lead in an attempt to stop my terrier from pulling. It worked!!! Although he's not keen in the nose loop, I'm hoping he'll get used to it. I would have preferred a longer leash but fingers crossed we'll be able to move him on to a longer slip lead eventually.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my item - my fault. I returned the item following the advice given and to my amazement, received a replacement only 2 days later! I know the Postal service can take a major share of the praise but Watermans were really on the ball and went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t without my order for very long. Customer service that all retailers should aspire to.
I put my order of Struthers trousers in the post 2 days ago expecting to have to wait at least a week or 2 for a replacement to arrive. IT ARRIVED THIS MORNING - 2 DAYS TURNAROUND! You guys are amazing; I wish all retailers were as good!
