If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01884257706 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund/Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.
If you would like your returns item to be collected this can be arranged at a cost of £5.99. Please contact us by either email on email@example.com or phone on 01884257706 and we can arrange this for you.
The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
